After working six months, stalling foreclosure twice, working with Wells Fargo and Bank of America, we closed this wonderful home in Ozark.
There was a time I wondered if this home was ever going to close. But with the help of the buyer's agent, the patience of the buyers, the unrelentless work from the title company and the cooperation of the sellers, we reached our goal......a successful closing.
Short sales aren't easy when Bank of America holds a second. After months of negotiations, Wells Fargo was ready to go, but I couldn't close because BOA had still not settled. Both banks were very cooperative, once I was in the short sale process.
Off to save another Home owner from this crazy economy we're in.
