3. Price - Of course, pricing is number 1. You can have a great home, in a great location, but if your price is not competitive or lower than other homes, today's market will pass you by. Homes price a little lower than market value, will not stay on the market. Would you buy the highest priced home on the market, if there is one next door at a bargain price. You too must be competitive.
4. Demand - If you have a unique home, such as a townhouse, condo, patio home - there must be a demand for this type of property. Otherwise, you will stay on the market, no matter how great your curb appeal, floor plan, square footage, and condition. Your price will have to be adjusted to appeal to these special buyers.
So is there a secret to selling your Springfield home in today's market? Not really! You just have to make sure your home is the best on the market for the least amount of money. Don't expect to make a huge profit.......selling your home in the least amount of time, will profit you more.
