According to Forbes.com, two of Missouri's cities still most overpriced, stay on the market longest, and sell for less.
Springfield Missouri is not on the list. Checking out some other cities around the country, buyers and sellers in the Springfield real estate market have no reason not to purchase or sell real estate.
Homes prices are gradually falling, home sales have increased, number of days on the market are up, and listings are down.
