Springfield Mo Real Estate Market Report - October 2009 Single Family Homes Sales
Thanksgiving is over and Christmas will soon be upon us. Our weather continues to be mild for this time of year, but I hear we are in for colder weather. With changing weather, comes a slow down in the market.
The number of new listings have decreased, number of days still remain the same, with the average sold price still down. SW Springfield had the most sales....115 for the month of October, 2009. Christian County came in second with 79 sales.
First time home buyers are taking advantage of the $8000 government rebate, with average sold price of $125,786.
