Springfield Real Estate - Augusta Hills is a new community located in north Springfield in Greene County

Despite the slow down in real estate, The Springfield real estate market continues to list and sell real estate.  Homes prices are remaining stable and the homes priced to sell are moving quickly.  Located on the north side of Springfield, Augusta Hills is a subdivision of newer Springfield Mo homes, near new shopping centers, subdivisions and fine dining.

Augusta Hills is easily accessible to Interstate 44, with great schools and homes of all sizes.  Financing, including first time homebuyers bond money, is still available for homebuyers with as little as three percent down in the Springfield area.

Augusta Hills is a subdivision of approximately 75 - 100 residential homes, constructed with walkout basements, ranchers, 3 car garages and free flowing floor plans.

Nixa Real Estate - Shadow Lake is a Upscale Community in Christian County

The Nixa real estate market is standing strong despite the slowdown in the Springfield Mo real estate market.  Located south of Springfield, Nixa continues to add new shopping centers, subdivisions and fine dining.

For families wanting acreage and convenience, Nixa is a desireable area for with great schools and homes of every price range.  Financing, including first time homebuyers bond money, is still available for homebuyers with as little as three percent down in the Nixa area.

All Brick Ranch - A great piece of Nixa Mo real estate. 

With all the ranch stye homes in the area, all brick homes are one of the best selling homes in the Springfield Mo real estate market. 

 When it comes to home improvement, investing in cost-effective upgrades can actually save you a bundle in the long-run. Painting is one of the most popular home improvement projects you can undertake, but it can be more difficult than you might think. Springfield Missouri Real Estate - August 2008

 Springfield Missouri Real Estate, Ozark, Nixa, Rogersville, Republic, Willard and surrounding areas.

With the number of new homes down in the Springfield Missouri Real Estate market, so too are listings.  I see this as a good sign indicating the percentage of listings to sales is a little over 10%.  For first time home buyers,  there are still several home loans available with low interest rates.  Missouri bond money is no longer limited to first time home buyers.  Buyers with good credit scores are able to take advantage of these great loans and still have a large choice of homes to choose from.

The Springfield Mo Real Estate market for the month of July closed 613 homes, dropping 125 from 2007.   Bank foreclosures in Springfield aren't the only great buys.   Short sales are also becoming equally popular as informed sellers try to save their credit by working with realtors to sell their home wiwth competative pricing prior to foreclosure.  If you are a seller in the Springfield market, remember that one out ten homes are selling every month.  We have a 10 month supply right now, discarding the fact that new listings will come on the market and others will be withdrawn or expire.

2389 Springfield Missouri Real Estate agents continue to work in Springfield and surrounding areas, down from 2523 in 2007.  Several real estate companies closed their doors, unable to wait out the market.

The majority of Springfield Mo homes are still being financed with conventional financing, followed up by VA and FHA.  Approximately 10% paid cash.  Buyers, if you plan to purchase a home in 2008, now's a great time to buy. Since the takeover of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, interest rates dropped 1/2 percent.  In the Springfield Mo housing market, lower prices have dropped are allowing buyers to purchase homes they would not have been able to finance in 2007.

RE/MAX Night Out At The Ballgame was a huge success this year. 

 

To thank all the clients we have throughout the years, we invited our clients, friends and business associates to dinner and a night out at a Springfield Cardinals game at Springfield's Hammonds Field.  These people are the reason we sell Springfield Mo real estate.  Without them, our business would not grow.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And a wonderful day it was!  The weather was perfect.  Dinner for over 900 people (a growing number from previous years) was catered in at Jordan Valley Ice Park. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The children played at the water fountains.  For the adults that had never been to the park, a casual walk through the park and tour of the Ice Park was a treat.

 

 

The group reserved four sections at the park and made a wonderful photo with all the red shirts provided by RE/MAX.
